A Brief History

Established in 2020, Institut Culinaire de France opened its Bordeaux campus as the flagship culinary school of Galileo Global Education, in association with famous pastry chef Pierre Hermé. The school offers training programs at multiple levels—CAP, Bachelor (Bac +3), Mastère (Bac +5), and international intensive courses like Spring and Summer Camps, delivered in French and/or English depending on the program.
